Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Opslane. By creating a workspace you agree to them on behalf of your company.

The service

Opslane provides a hosted tool for submitting, tracking and approving internal company requests. We provide it on a subscription basis and will make reasonable efforts to keep it available, but we do not currently offer a contractual uptime guarantee. We will tell you honestly when something breaks.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your workspace. The person who creates the workspace becomes its admin and can invite, promote and remove other users. You must provide accurate information and be authorised to act for your company.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Opslane to store payment card data, government identifiers or other sensitive personal data beyond what the product is designed for
• Attempt to access another company's workspace or data
• Probe, scan or test the security of the service without our written permission
• Resell or white-label the service without agreement
• Use it for anything unlawful under Indian law

Fees and billing

Plans and prices are listed on our pricing section. While we onboard our first customers we invoice directly rather than charging a card, and fees are payable within 15 days of invoice. Prices exclude GST, which is charged where applicable. We will give at least 30 days' notice before changing the price of an existing subscription.

Your data

Your data remains yours. We claim no ownership over the requests, comments or company information you put into Opslane. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy. You may ask for an export or deletion at any time.

Cancellation

You can stop using Opslane at any time and ask us to close your workspace. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or has unpaid invoices, after giving you notice and a reasonable chance to fix the problem.

Liability

Opslane is a workflow tool, not a system of record for statutory compliance, and it does not provide financial, legal or tax advice. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost business opportunities.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product develops. If a change is material, we will notify workspace admins by email at least 30 days before it takes effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
